Designed as an introduction to the art of creative writing. Students will explore the basics of writing their own short fiction, poetry, and memoirs through brief, frequent exercises. Special attention given to composing, sharing, and critiquing original works.
Student work may be contributed to the University literary journal.
Class is open to freshmen.
